Account Development Manager - Rozone

MARKETS: Light Industry & Equipment Maintenance Workshops

SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £24,000 (Basic) + Bonus

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years experience dealing with customers, ideally phone based. Understanding of a CRM system would be a bonus not a prerequisite.

LOCATION: Office based in Darlaston, West Midlands

COMPANY: Part of The Rubery Owen group, Rozone is a distributor of Industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals, with an extensive portfolio of existing customers.

The sales process starts with a small capital equipment purchase or commitment to a rental agreement by the customer, leading to ongoing after-sales consumption of own brand cleaning chemicals and associated consumables.

ROLE: The initial focus of the role is to provide a spectacular customer experience for a portfolio of existing accounts and cold call new prospects to both follow up incoming leads as well as to create new leads for the team.

You will be responsible for processing incoming customer orders/service queries, qualifying sales leads generated by the Marketing team, researching prospective customers as well as making introductory telephone calls. The role also entails keeping abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, coordinating marketing & sales campaigns and participating in trade shows. You must be able to work within a small team where good service defines what sets Rozone apart from the competition.

This is an office based sales role but we are looking for someone with the ability to progress to supporting the Business Development Managers by attending site visits and assisting with product presentations to small groups to ultimately becoming a BDM themselves.

Full product training will be provided.
